Secure your date...

Once your date is confirmed, we’ll send a deposit invoice to secure your booking. For themed events, we suggest booking about 30 days ahead so we can thoughtfully prepare every detail. If you’d like, we’re always happy to connect before your event for a quick call to finalize everything and answer any last questions!

Final details...

Before your event, we’ll confirm your final headcount to ensure every guest gets a personalized sensory experience. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event and is non-refundable at that time.

Party day...

We’ll schedule setup around your party timeline - whether you want the sensory cart as a start, highlight, or ending activity. We take care of setup and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying the celebration!
